The various business activities / divisions under the single corporate entity of Spanco actually complement each other, thereby resulting in provisioning best of the breed solutions and services to the end customer to enhance their business competencies.
The latest Q3 results show a lot of promise. Top line for FY10 is likely to increase by 180% ( more than Rs. 1150 crores) ,while the bottom line is expected to take a quantum jump of more than 250 % to PAT of Rs.70 crores from mere Rs. 20 crores for FY09. Click on the link below to See the results:

With market cap. of Rs. 190 crores and top line expected to touch Rs. 1200 crores, the share appears highly underpriced.
